Paige Redford has completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and is incredibly passionate about holistic health, fitness and wellbeing! She will support and empower you to have a healthy, wholesome relationship with your body, mind and food; fostering positive self-awareness. A holistic approach is taken which factors in every aspect of your current and previous health history and lifestyle, and how they are all interrelated. Using pathology and functional testing along with evidence-based research and treatment methods. This includes herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, lifestyle advice and food as medicine.
Paige is also trained in live blood microscopy.
