Our Naturopaths primary goals are to:
- Increase energy and zest for life
- Create calm and clear minds
- Get you feeling physically the best you can
We do this by following the Integrated Wellness 3 step methodology:
1. Collaborative care.
Sometimes we don’t feel that one Naturopath can cover all your needs. We often engage other specialists into your plan such as medical doctors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, gynaecologists and the like. We hold frequent clinical case conferences within the clinic where your case may anonymously be presented to our collective group of 5 Naturopaths. The group would join forces to actively brain storm your case and formulate a plan of action together.
2. Pathology Testing.
Why guess the imbalance when you can get an accurate and definitive answer? 99% of our clients undergo some form of pathology testing whether that be through or in clinic tests or tests assessed through reputable pathology laboratories. This ensures we are creating a plan that is specifically targeted to your needs.
At the heart of all our treatment is education and empowerment. This year our Founder was awarded The Naturopathic Practitioner’s Association of Australia award for Professional excellence in Community Education. All our members are encouraged to actively participate in our monthly workshops and webinars or if clients prefer they are able to access the same learnings through the use of our hundreds of resources geared towards helping you increase your knowledge about your health and wellness. We believe food is medicine and as such offer all our Naturopathic clients free and unlimited support with our Nutritionist.

- Your Naturopath will then explain what they feel the triggers and cause is
- Pathology testing that is likely to be conducted will be discussed and referral forms my be supplied, depending on your needs
- Your free to ask as many questions as you like
- Your Naturopath will then assess who the best Practitioner is for you to see and the type of plan that would best suit you. The right fit is incredibly important.
You will have the opportunity to spend 20-30 minutes with one of our highly trained and experienced Practitioners, we guarantee you wont leave unsatisfied!
Initial Treatment Naturopath Consultation.
Typically it will begin with you completing 2 in depth questionnaires, one around your physical health and the other around your mental health. We will go over this information and any other information you have and formulate a treatment plan based around pathology tests and your presenting symptoms. Some in clinic urine and saliva testing or live blood microscopy screening may be done in the clinic.
Following this we may write referral letters for other Practitioners, referral forms for pathology and make dietary, herbal and nutritional supplement recommendations.
Once we have done thorough testing we will typically tailor a treatment plan to meet your needs. This may include nutritional and herbal medicines. Following this we will be able to further cater a healthy eating plan based on your current health status. All our clients have free access to support with our Nutritionist.
Will I be taking supplements? Generally yes. However, this is different for every person. Once you are at a point where your tests results are better and you are feeling incredible, then we will work at reducing the supplements and you will be relying on nourishment from your diet. Supplements are usually not intended for long term use.
Report of Findings Naturopath Consultation.
In this consultation your Practitioner will go over all your pathology test results and case history that you presented with before this consultation. Either before or after this consultation your Practitioner will produce what is referred to as a Report of Findings that highlights the stand out areas that will be addressed in your health and the timeline of how this will happen.
Follow up Naturopath Consultations.
These are when we reassess your treatment plan, perform in clinic testing, weigh and measure you if needed, modify your food therapy strategies, alter your nutritional supplements and request pathology testing where needed. They are the best way to keep you on track and for us to monitor your progress.
