Psychologist Carly Clutterbuck brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Integrated Wellness Clinic, with 20 years’ experience in community and counselling psychology. She is an accredited Dialectical Behaviour Therapist (DBT) and neuropsychotherapist.
Carly has experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, drug and alcohol/addictions, emotional management and psychosis. She has worked in a variety of environments including community organisations, employee assistance programs, forensic and clinical settings.
As a Psychologist, Carly uses a range of therapeutic approaches to provide practical skills to enhance people’s performance and well-being. She utilised a variety of evidence-based frameworks including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other mindfulness-based approaches. Carly continues to take part in professional development and peer supervision every year in order to further her knowledge and skills.
Over the years Carly has also been providing clinical supervision to post-graduate psychologists and has also facilitated numerous training packages for allied health professionals to develop their clinical practice. She recently spent 12 months in Bhutan working with the Ministry of Health to develop mental health services in the country.
Carly loves music, the beach and fitness. She is a voracious reader, an avid traveller and enjoys volunteering in the local community.
She consults with individuals from 12 years onwards. Registered through AHPRA, Medicare-approved.
