Jaffa Bliss Ball Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup pepitas
1/2 cup almonds
100g dried apricots
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tbs melted coconut oil
Juice and zest of 1/2 an orange

Method:

1. Blitz almonds and pepitas into fine crumbs in food processor
2. Add in all other ingredients and blend until combined
3. Divide into 10 roughly even portions and roll into balls. Dust lightly in additional cocoa (optional)
Contains zinc, vitamin C, iron and fibre to support healthy immunity.
