Clinical Psychologist – Laura Nash

Laura is a registered Clinical Psychologist experienced in working with adults and adolescents. Since completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology (2009), Clinical Psychologist Laura Nash has worked in public and private settings, including hospitals, private practice, educational settings, and in the corporate sector, helping managers and employees of large organisations. 

Laura is also a qualified Yoga teacher and is interested in the therapeutic effects of yoga.

Clinical Psychologist Laura Nash has a warm approach and enjoys creating a safe environment, where her clients can learn about themselves, overcome difficulties and find fulfillment.  As each person is unique, Laura adjusts treatment to suit the needs of the individual.

She draws predominantly from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Positive Psychology and Coaching techniques.

As research is constantly changing, Laura loves to keep up to date with the latest evidence-based approaches. She is interested in developing skills in Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
