About Rhian – Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional Medicine)

Rhian is a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist and experienced Personal Trainer who helps people reconnect with their bodies, restore energy, and feel like their best self. With a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and over five years in the fitness industry, she combines evidence-based nutrition and movement to create real, lasting change.
As a Clinical Nutritionist, Rhian is a university-trained health professional specialising in the scientific and clinical application of nutrition. Clinical Nutritionists are trained to understand how nutrition influences every body system, from hormones and metabolism to mental health and energy production. This knowledge allows Rhian to interpret test results, identify underlying imbalances, and design personalised treatment plans that address the root cause of health concerns, not just the symptoms.
Rhian’s approach blends science with genuine care. She looks at the full picture; how lifestyle, stress, digestion, hormones, and environment all interact, to uncover what’s really driving your current state of health. Her specialist areas include sports nutrition and body composition, stress and fatigue, female hormone health, mental wellbeing, and gastrointestinal health.
Every client journey begins with a comprehensive assessment, exploring body systems, medical and family history, test results, and lifestyle factors. From there, Rhian creates practical, sustainable, and evidence-based plans that help clients feel balanced, strong, and confident in their bodies again. At the heart of Rhian’s work is connection. She believes in truly getting to know her clients, understanding their story, and guiding them step by step toward optimal health and long-term wellbeing.
When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Rhian training for her next marathon or Ironman 70.3, soaking in the sunrise, or experimenting in the kitchen recreating her favourite desserts into more nourishing versions. She also loves reading, being outdoors, and exploring the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
For Rhian, wellness is about balance. It is about nourishing your body, moving with purpose, and finding joy in the process, and that’s the same philosophy she brings to her work every day.
