Do you offer discounts? 

Yes we do. We offer 10% discount for those with a concession, pension or full time student card. If you are not eligible for a concession card but are a very low income earner please contact us as we may be able to help.

What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept credit card (No Amex), EFTPOS, cash in clinic. For interstate clients we take credit card payments. For overseas clients we accept PayPal.

What is the difference between supplements prescribed by Integrated Wellness and those from a pharmacy? 

Many supplements that are sold in pharmacies and health food stores are not the best quality. They are often very weak, poorly absorbed or are the wrong form of the nutrient. Supplements prescribed through our clinic are “Practitioner Only” meaning that they are the best quality available. They are generally more absorbable and bioavailable.

What is the difference between a Naturopath and a Medical Doctor? 

Naturopaths are trained to use only natural products, lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments to balance health issues. Naturopaths are trained in pathology testing and use minimal invasive treatment plans. Naturopaths are not to take the role of a medical doctor. Our Naturopaths prefer to work in conjunction with your Medical Doctor.

Do I need a GP referral to see a Dietitian or Psychologist? 

No you don’t. But if you would like to access medicare rebates for a chronic condition you may be best to get a care plan. Contact us for specific questions.

What sort of Medicare rebate can I access? 

You may be able to access a medicare rebate through an EPC (Enhanced Care Plan) to see the Dietitian (Suzannah Smart) or Psychologist. The current EPC medicare rebate is $52.95. Or you may be eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan to see a Psychologist (__) and the current medicare rebate is $84.80. Please contact for more information regarding this.

Are there any discounts for Veteran affairs? 

If you have a care plan through your GP you may be able to access medicare rebates.

Do we offer private health fund rebates? 

Yes. Many health funds work through our eftpos machine program called “Healthpoint” so you can swipe and only pay the gap. However, some funds you will need to take the receipt and claim through them.

How many consults will I need? 

Some patients only need 2 consultations others may need months of treatment. The severity of your condition and your commitment to making change determines the length of treatment. We aim to make treatment as simple and comfortable as possible.

How much do appointments cost? 

Naturopathy start at $47 and go up to $137 depending on the type and length of consultation needed

Dietetics Initial Consultation is $110 and $68 for follow ups

Psychology Consultations are $140

Nutrition Initial Consultation is $110 and $67 for follow ups

Massage is $90 for 60 minutes

Acupuncture is $120 for the initial session and $90 for follow ups

If you have private health insurance you may be eligible for a rebate off these prices.


How often are my appointments? 

It really depends on your needs. For most modalities it is every 3 weeks. However, it can vary largely, it is best to ask your Practitioner in the first appointment.

Is treatment expensive?

We really do try and cater to every body and make all our services as accessible as possible. Many of those who see us have limited funds, so we work around that. Sometimes using a combination of organising care plans through your GP to access medicare rebates, concession card discounts, less frequent consultations and email support. For Naturopathy we are able to offer more dietary and lifestyles changes as opposed to supplementation to help achieve a positive outcome. We also offer a payment plan with no interest or fees to help you.

What is your cancellation policy? 

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of an appointment. If you cancel with less than this notice you will be charged a $55 cancellation fee. This in consideration for others allows us to offer this time to other patients who would have preferred that time.

Is my information confidential? 

Yes, we take your confidentiality seriously. Our filing cabinets are locked at the end of each day. Your pathology results, care/treatment plan details are treated as highly confidential and only released with your consent. Psychology files are kept in a separate filing system and are only accessed by the Psychologist.

Where is the best place to park my car? 

There is plenty of street parking around the clinic. However, the best place to park is behind the clinic building complex at 102 Burnett Street. The entrance for this is next to “Vardys Garage” (the old petrol station). Alternatively there is parking all along Burnett Street.

Who has access to my patient records at the clinic? 

Only your Practitioner and the Practice Manager. We only release personal information with your consent. We will never distribute your details externally without consent.
