Hannah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who’s passionate about helping people improve their health to live happier, more sustainable lives. She believes nutrition should be simple, fun, and flexible—and enjoys supporting people to achieve this!
Her approach is evidence-based and practical, with a strong focus on what’s realistic and achievable for each person’s unique lifestyle and goals. Taking a holistic view of health, Hannah enjoys working with clients from all walks of life and is known for being approachable, supportive, and understanding.
